Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative assistant to support our busy team.

The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a team-player attitude.

Responsibilities
  • Handle client onboarding and conflict checks
  • Assist with the billing process from start to finish
  • Complete daily dockets and follow up on Accounts Receivable
  • Edit and format documents, submit expenses, and perform various administrative tasks
  • Communicate professionally with internal and external clients
  • Produce high-quality work and take initiative
Requirements
  • One year of previous office or legal experience
  • Successful completion of a post-secondary program in legal or office administration
  • Ability to handle time pressure and stress in a fast-paced environment
