Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative assistant to support our busy team.
The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a team-player attitude.
Responsibilities- Handle client onboarding and conflict checks
- Assist with the billing process from start to finish
- Complete daily dockets and follow up on Accounts Receivable
- Edit and format documents, submit expenses, and perform various administrative tasks
- Communicate professionally with internal and external clients
- Produce high-quality work and take initiative
- One year of previous office or legal experience
- Successful completion of a post-secondary program in legal or office administration
- Ability to handle time pressure and stress in a fast-paced environment
