Key Responsibilities- Structure and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and implement process improvements, leveraging industrial engineering principles and best practices.
- Monitor project costs, risks, and progress, providing regular updates to management.
- Coordinate with various departments to establish industrial strategies, production layouts, and performance metrics.
- Synthesize project strategies and solutions, making strategic recommendations to support company objectives.
- Understand and analyze project results, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a minimum of 2 years in project management or team supervision.
- Training and experience in Industrial Engineering and/or Continuous Improvement.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex information and present to upper management.
- Dynamic and team-oriented, with a passion for leading and motivating others.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to navigate changing priorities and strategies.
- Proficient in MS Project and Excel, with bilingual skills in French and English.
