Project Manager, Continuous Improvement

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager, Continuous Improvement to join our team at Bombardier. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives across our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Structure and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and implement process improvements, leveraging industrial engineering principles and best practices.
- Monitor project costs, risks, and progress, providing regular updates to management.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to establish project strategies, production layouts, and performance metrics.
- Document project strategies and solutions, ensuring knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
- Make strategic recommendations to support the company's objectives, driving business growth and excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on project management or team supervision.
- Training and experience in Industrial Engineering and/or Continuous Improvement.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex information and engage upper management.
- Dynamic and team-oriented, with a passion for leading and motivating others.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Project and Excel, with bilingual skills in French and English.
