Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Bombardier Transportation GmbH. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure project deliverables meet requirements.
  • Monitor and report project progress, including financial performance, schedule, and quality metrics.
  • Make strategic recommendations to support the company's objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, engineering, or business administration.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • At least 2 years' experience in project management or experience as a team supervisor.
  • Training and experience in Industrial Engineering and/or Continuous Improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Bilingual (French and English spoken and written).
