Retail Store Manager

Alberta Ltd. o/a Petro Canada is seeking a Retail Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales staff, authorizing payments, and maintaining inventory.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales staff to duties and tasks
- Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash handling
- Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels
- Establish work schedules and supervise staff
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility and ability to work in a team
- Basic security clearance and bondability
The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The successful candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
