Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Vivo Liquor. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and allocate tasks to sales staff to ensure seamless customer service and efficient store operations.
- Order Merchandise: Source and procure high-quality products to meet customer demands and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Authorize Return of Merchandise: Process returns and exchanges in a fair and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining store inventory levels.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing, minimize labor costs, and maintain a positive work environment.
- Sell Merchandise: Provide exceptional customer service, promote products, and meet sales targets to drive revenue growth.
- Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data, inventory levels, and personnel matters to inform business decisions and optimize store performance.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply chain disruptions, and other challenges that may arise, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills and customer empathy.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Ensure accurate stock levels, manage inventory turnover, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and motivate a team of 3-4 employees, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure excellent performance and teamwork.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a retail management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
