Vivo Liquor Camrose Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team.
Job SummaryThe Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are adequately trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all employees are aware of their responsibilities.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a retail business environment, interacting with customers, employees, and management.
SupervisionThe Retail Store Supervisor will supervise 3-4 people and work a 40-hour week.
LanguageThe primary language of work is English.
