Head of Cleaning Operations

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Head Cleaner to join our team at MC Services aux immeubles Inc.
Job SummaryThe Head Cleaner will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities, ensuring that all areas are clean and safe for our employees and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Cleaning Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Coordinate Work Activities: Work with other departments to ensure that cleaning schedules and tasks are coordinated and completed efficiently.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for the cleaning staff to ensure that all areas are cleaned regularly.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a cleaning or facilities management role
- Language: Fluency in French
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
