Head of Cleaning Operations

MC Services aux immeubles Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Head Cleaner to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire and Train Cleaning Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Coordinate Cleaning Activities: Plan and coordinate cleaning schedules, ensuring that all areas of the site are cleaned to a high standard.
- Inspect Sites: Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure that cleaning standards are met.
- Assist Cleaners: Provide support and guidance to cleaning staff as needed, ensuring that they have the necessary resources to perform their duties.
- Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure that cleaning activities are aligned with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
Working Conditions:
- 40 hours per week
- Permanent position
- Work Language: French
