Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Cleaner to join our team at MC Services aux immeubles Inc. as a Head of Cleaning Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning staff, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, and coordinating with other departments to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Inspect sites and facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness regulations.
- Assist cleaners in performing their duties and provide guidance as needed.
- Establish work schedules and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Working Conditions
- 40 hours per week.
- Permanent position.
- Work Language: French.
