Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at EXCELSIOR PROPERTIES INC.

About the Role:

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 hours per week. The successful candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in administration and be proficient in English.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of office procedures
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Implement new administrative procedures and oversee their execution
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary:

$45,000 - $55,000 per annum, based on 30 hours per week
