Job Title: Mill Liner Solution Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mill Liner Solution Specialist to join our team at FLSmidth. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and offering technical expertise for our mill wears service/product line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify business opportunities and generate leads to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Foster client relationships and provide installation assistance, inspection, and measurements on site
  • Travel within the region to drive growth and offer technical expertise
  • Provide feedback into the business regarding customer needs and market intelligence
  • Maintain opportunities in the CRM system
  • Perform health checks on customers' sites, review data, and present feedback
  • Develop effective sales strategies and objection-handling techniques
  • Able to travel up to 75% domestically and internationally
  • Physically able to climb onto structures and stairs in industrial plants and mines

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience within the mining/industrial industry
  • Specific experience with heavy industrial products and/or systems is a plus
  • Mechanical background, able to read and understand mechanical drawings
