Infrastructure Solutions Specialist

- Reporting to: Supervisor, Digital Foundations and Operations
The **Infrastructure Solutions Specialist** is essential in overseeing and troubleshooting systems as part of the Digital Services Foundation team at **Alberta Financial Services Corporation**. This role involves aiding in the resolution of technology infrastructure challenges and ensuring the provision of superior services to clients.
- Collaborate with the Digital Services department for technical support
- Provide expert advice on insurance, lending, and risk management
- Deliver on-call assistance and address Service Desk inquiries
- Execute modifications in the virtualization environment
- Support quality assurance for project outputs
- Create work plans utilizing Azure DevOps
- Maintain updates on cloud management platforms
- Work closely with team members and offer technical expertise
- Exhibit proficiency in infrastructure technologies
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science or Technology
- At least 5 years of experience in IT systems administration
- Experience in a multi-vendor environment is advantageous
