Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at CAE Inc. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our financial planning and analysis functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the financial planning and analysis team in various areas, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Verify and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement financial strategies.
- Participate in the annual budgeting process and provide financial analysis and recommendations.
- Conduct special projects and ad-hoc analyses as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Professional accounting certification (CMA, CA, CGA) is an asset.
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders.
- Results-oriented with strong attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and French is required.
