Help Desk Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team at MBI I.T. Services. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, ensuring that their IT needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities- Generate detailed incident tickets and determine the level of urgency/severity of the problem
- Resolve technical issues at the first level whenever possible
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients over the phone
- Manage complaints and troubleshoot technical problems
- Assist staff at voting locations with technical support
- Available to work extended hours, including weekends and evenings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High School Diploma + College or university enrollment/degree
- 1-5 Years' experience in the IT Tech Support/Help Desk service industry
- Technical knowledge of hardware, Windows 7, and Windows 10 operating systems
- Working technical knowledge of current protocols, operating systems, and standards
- No Criminal Record
- Eligible to work in Canada
- College diploma or university degree in computer science and/or information technologies
- CompTIA A+ Certifications
