Rental Service Supervisor Job Description

At CAPREIT, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Rental Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our rental properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to handle customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
  • Establish work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate tracking and minimize waste.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service.
  • Prepare purchase orders to ensure timely procurement of necessary supplies and materials.
  • Manage accounts receivable to ensure prompt payment and minimize financial risk.
