Property Rental Supervisor Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Property Rental Supervisor Lead to join our team at CAPREIT. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our rental properties.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales and customer service functions of our rental properties, including managing staff and establishing work schedules. You will also be responsible for preparing reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, as well as resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise sales staff to ensure excellent customer service and maximize sales potential
- Establish work schedules and manage inventory levels to meet business needs
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management
- Identify and resolve any operational or customer service issues that may arise
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a sales or supervisory role
- Proven track record of success in sales or customer service
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
