Rental Service Supervisor Job Description

At CAPREIT, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Rental Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our rental properties, ensuring that our residents receive exceptional service and that our properties are well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient operations
  • Prepare and analyze reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions
  • Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that our properties are well-stocked
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our team members to ensure that our properties are well-maintained and our residents are satisfied
  • Prepare purchase orders and manage accounts receivable to ensure that our financial obligations are met
