Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Dayforce Support Analyst to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our global HCM software platform support team, you will be responsible for analyzing, configuring, validating, and resolving issues related to our Dayforce system.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Application Support
  • Assist Accor's hotels, residential properties, and other business sites with configuration enhancements or issues related to scheduling, timekeeping, punch policies, time off entitlements, and payroll earnings and deductions codes.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders, 3rd level support staff, and end-users to ensure the system works at optimal levels of performance and availability.
  • Assist with on-site training for the Workforce Management, People, Payroll, and other modules within Dayforce at locations across North America.
  • Track change requests and evaluate the need for system configuration changes.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date training resources, tools, documented best practices, and workshops for back office, end users, and system administrators.
Projects
  • Provide support in planning, testing, and implementing application upgrades.
  • Work cross-functionally as appropriate to facilitate the roll-out and deployment of additional interfaces or integrations.
  • Support all Mergers and Acquisitions where system implementation is required.
Requirements
  1. Hands-on experience supporting and maintaining Dayforce environments and applications.
  2. 3-5 years' experience supporting an HCM/Payroll system.
  3. Bilingual in both English and French preferred.
  4. Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to handle complex business problems within the context of technical solutions.
  6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and support calls with minimal direction.
  7. Experience using MS Excel to combine, integrate, and review data - comfort with the XML format a definite asset.
  8. Experience using MS Teams and SharePoint to collaborate with other team members.
  9. Exceptional time management and project management skills.
  10. Ability to lead, collaborate, and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
  11. Ability to simplify documentation and technical information for the larger non-technical audience.
  12. Experience developing training guides, processes, and reference documents as well as delivering training workshops, webinars, and other learning tools.
  13. Excellent people skills with the ability to communicate easily and effectively in multiple media and to all levels within the Corporate office and property sites.
