Floor Covering Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Floor Covering Installer to join our team at BUTA PREMIUM SERVICES LTD.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for installing various types of floor coverings, including vinyl, resilient tiles, ceramic tiles, and hardwood flooring. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Inspect and measure surfaces to be covered
- Measure, cut, and fasten underlay and underpadding
- Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings
- Prepare floors for installations
- Remove existing floor coverings and contaminants
- Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the flooring industry
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- Ability to work 30 to 44 hours per week
The successful candidate will work in a commercial and residential setting, with exposure to dusty environments.
