About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Flooring Specialist to join our team at Floor Concepts Ltd. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality flooring installations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and measure surfaces to be covered
  • Measure, cut, and fasten underlay and underpadding
  • Prepare flooring plans and scheduling
  • Measure, cut, and install resilient floor coverings
  • Prepare and install hardwood floors
  • Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings
  • Remove existing floor coverings and contaminants
  • Install carpeting on walls or other surfaces
Work Environment

As a Flooring Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced urban area environment, requiring physical stamina and the ability to work at heights. You will be part of a dynamic team that values efficiency, judgement, and organization.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the flooring industry
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination
