We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Credit & Collections Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Otis College of Art and Design. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for managing and resolving customer accounts, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve customer accounts, including collections, payments, and account reconciliations.
- Communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including customer accounts, payments, and collections.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve collections and reduce bad debt.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve financial issues.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French (Canada).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
