**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Kinesiologist to join our team at Lifemark. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in promoting client recovery and rehabilitation through evidence-based movement therapies.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform biomechanical, fitness, and functional assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Design and implement graded exercise, work conditioning, and work hardening programs to enhance client mobility and functionality.
- Conduct regular reassessments to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with clients to set and achieve functional goals, promoting independence and self-management.
- Develop and deliver educational programs to clients, focusing on injury prevention, movement techniques, and healthy lifestyle habits.
- Contribute to the development of comprehensive return-to-work plans, ensuring seamless transitions between treatment and employment.
**Requirements**
- Graduate of a university Kinesiology degree program.
- 2+ years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in movement therapies and rehabilitation.
- Registration with the appropriate Provincial governing body for Kinesiologists.
