**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Kinesiologist to join our team as a Movement Enrichment Specialist. In this role, you will work collaboratively with our physiotherapists to design and implement exercise programs that promote healing and improve recovery time.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform biomechanical, fitness, and functional assessments to identify areas for improvement
- Design and implement graded exercise programs to promote physical function and mobility
- Conduct biweekly reassessments to track client progress and adjust programs as needed
- Record functional and subjective findings in client charts and communicate with clients and healthcare teams
- Work cooperatively with clients to set and achieve functional goals
- Conduct group orientation and education lectures to promote healthy habits and lifestyle changes
**Requirements**
- Graduate of a university Kinesiology degree program
- 2+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Registration with the appropriate Provincial governing body for Kinesiologists
