Occupational Therapist

St. Boniface Hospital is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our occupational therapy services.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with clients to assess their occupational performance goals and develop personalized plans to achieve them.
- Design and implement interventions to support healthy lifestyles, prevent illness and disability, and promote health.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and effective communication.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research, quality improvement initiatives, and best practices in occupational therapy.
- Recent and relevant clinical experience in occupational therapy.
- Entry-to-practice academic credential in Occupational Therapy from an accredited Canadian university program or the approved equivalent.
- Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Manitoba (COTM) and membership in the Manitoba Society of Occupational Therapists (MSOT) and the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists (CAOT).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
