Food Service Supervisor

Breezy Beans Ltd is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation to ensure efficient inventory management.
- Manage Budget and Reports: Prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Work Environment: Noisy, odorous, and hot work environment.
- Work Setting: Food service establishment, coffee shop, fast food outlet, or restaurant.
