Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Breezy Beans Ltd is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Hire food service staff
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Work Environment:

Our food service establishment is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods. You will be required to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
