Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project strategies that secure projects, meet or exceed performance, schedule, and profitability targets.

  • Manage and maintain client, consultant, and trade relationships, ensuring all contract negotiations align with process and master project schedules.
  • Lead the preconstruction planning process, ensuring all activities meet client satisfaction and organizational expectations.

  • Ensure the project team operates as a cohesive unit, promoting collaboration and open communication.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in engineering or construction management.
  • 15+ years of experience in construction, with 10+ years in a project management role.
  • Proven track record of successful commercial project management of major building construction projects over $100 million.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, with experience in managing high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
