We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our team at TalentSphere Staffing Solutions. As an Architectural Project Manager, you will oversee a variety of projects, reviewing and marking up drawings in Revit, making site visits, working with contractors, subconsultants and clients, and managing project finances.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage large multi-family, mixed use and commercial projects across Canada, working remotely initially and transitioning to local projects.
- Oversee project teams, assist junior staff, and contribute to the success of the firm.
- Review and mark up drawings in Revit, making site visits, working with contractors, subconsultants and clients, and managing project finances.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
- 8+ years of experience as an architectural professional, with 4+ years as a Project Lead or Architectural Project Manager or Job Captain.
- Master of Architecture, Bachelor of Architecture, Architectural Technology Diploma or related education.
- Currently living in Canada, with 4+ years of experience working with building codes and bylaws.
- Experience using Revit, with the ability to mark up drawings.
- Experience working on multi-family projects and other large project types.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.
