Job Description
The AECOM Buildings + Places Canada (B+P Canada) architectural team is seeking a senior-level Design Manager to join our Ottawa, ON office.
This position offers opportunities for hybrid work and will be responsible for managing moderately complex projects involving regional clients or multiple services provided by regional offices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing all phases of projects from beginning to close-out
- Supervising senior-level engineers and project administration representatives
- Providing technical guidance on unusual problems and supervisory approval on proposed plans
Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a University Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a relevant field of study, along with four years of design management experience on major infrastructure projects.
Preferred requirements include senior-level design management experience on major infrastructure projects as a Design Manager.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 per year, based on national averages in Canada. AECOM offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
