Job Opportunity:

Our client, a top architecture, design and planning firm, is seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to join their team. As a key member of the project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of large-scale multi-family, mixed-use, and commercial projects across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project teams to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and subconsultants to ensure project requirements are met
  • Review and mark up drawings in Revit, ensuring accuracy and compliance with building codes and bylaws
  • Assist junior staff members in their professional development

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in architectural project management, with 4+ years in a lead or project manager role
  • Master of Architecture, Bachelor of Architecture, or related education
  • Current residence in Canada and 4+ years of experience working with Canadian building codes and bylaws
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office
  • Exceptional communication and coordination skills
