Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to provide administrative support to our Implementation/Project managers. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams to ensure the timely and budget-friendly delivery of technology projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain project schedules and milestones in SAP, ensuring accurate tracking and updates.
  • Provide budget support by updating project requirements in SAP and ensuring accurate financial tracking.
  • Coordinate material orders and work with supply chain to secure delivery to job sites, resolving discrepancies as needed.
  • Facilitate resolution of project roadblocks and issues, working closely with technicians and engineering primes.
  • Confirm receipt of goods and services, performing goods receipt in SAP as necessary.
  • Assist in tracking project financials, resolving discrepancies and ensuring accuracy.
  • Maintain an internal filing system for project documentation, including technical documents, project diaries, meeting notes, and action registers.
  • Close out activities and networks upon project completion.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge/experience with SAP, particularly in the PS module.
  • Previous experience coordinating technical projects is considered an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision and prioritize work effectively.
  • Willingness to learn new skills, adapt to change, and contribute ideas for improvements.
