Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Security Guard Supervisor to join our team at NationGuard Protection Services Inc. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of security personnel, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of clients and their properties.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor security operations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective security program.
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to security personnel on security procedures and protocols.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in security or a related field.
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as security management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
