Security Supervisor

NationGuard Protection Services Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security personnel and ensuring the safety and security of our clients and guests.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Be the point of contact for emergency situations and respond promptly to ensure the safety of all individuals.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to enhance productivity and product quality.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel, ensuring seamless execution of tasks.
- Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a culture of excellence and compliance.
- Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal results.
- Conduct regular security checks and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Criminal record check and clearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Flexibility, initiative, and strong judgment skills.
- Organized and reliable, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
