Job Title: Security Supervisor

NationGuard Protection Services Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and staff. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our clients and staff.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential security threats.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and secure environment.
  • Provide training and guidance to security personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Monitor and report on security incidents and trends, identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a security supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Criminal record check required.
Work Environment:

This is a full-time position, working 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Language:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.
