About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Pharmacy Supply Assistant to join our team at Community Care Pharmacy. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Verify the accuracy of prescription information to ensure timely and efficient processing.
  • Support to Pharmacists: Collaborate with our pharmacists to maintain a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of prescription supplies and equipment, and perform regular inventory checks to prevent stockouts.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and filing, to support the pharmacy team.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order and manage the receipt of supplies and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and minimal disruptions to our operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related role.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a regular schedule of 32 to 35 hours per week. The work language is English.
