Pharmacy Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Supply Assistant to join our team at Community Care Pharmacy. As a Pharmacy Supply Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy by maintaining accurate prescription records, assisting pharmacists, and performing general clerical duties.
Key Responsibilities- Prescription Accuracy: Verify the accuracy of prescription information to ensure timely and accurate dispensing of medications.
- Pharmacist Support: Provide administrative support to pharmacists, including maintaining patient records and processing prescriptions.
- Supply Management: Order and maintain an adequate supply of medications, equipment, and other pharmacy-related materials.
- Clerical Duties: Perform general clerical tasks, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
As a Pharmacy Supply Assistant at Community Care Pharmacy, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of dedicated professionals. You will be required to work 32 to 35 hours per week, with a permanent work term.
The work language is English, and you will be required to communicate effectively with patients, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
