Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Trifon's. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
    • Hire food service staff
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Operations and Administration
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules
    • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 40 hours per week
