Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Trifon's. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Hire and manage food service staff
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
    • Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
  • Operations and Administration
    • Establish work schedules and manage staff workload
    • Prepare and submit reports on food service operations
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service management
Working Conditions
  • 40 hours per week
  • Permanent position
  • Work Language: English
