Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Trifon's. As a key member of our culinary department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards
  • Supervise and train staff in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supply needs for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates for food and supplies
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports on food service operations
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service role
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 40 hours per week
