Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Trifon's. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless food preparation and service.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring adherence to quality control standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and manage inventory levels.
- Hire and manage food service staff to ensure a skilled and efficient team.
- Prepare and submit reports on food sales, inventory, and staff performance.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or culinary role.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
