Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dairy Queen Grill & Chill. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality in our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future operations.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with standing for extended periods.
- Language: English.
