Project Overview

This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable Waterworks company based in the GTA, Ontario. Our client is a successful family-owned company with over a decade of experience servicing many of the municipalities across Ontario.

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for liaising with clients, sub-contractors, vendors, and the entire team. You will prepare regular progress reports, prepare subcontracts, P.O's, change orders, and site instructions. You will also participate in tender and contract preparation, assemble bids, track inquiries, and requests for pricing.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of industry experience in a coordinator role, specifically within Water and Sewer. They will have exceptional communication skills, written, verbal, and online. They will also have the ability to understand architectural and engineering drawings and specifications, experience working with AutoCAD and 3D models, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and a basic understanding of MS Project.
