Job Title: Maintenance Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Attendant to join our team at Lily's Asian Massage Therapy Corp. as a light duty cleaner.

About the Job

This is a permanent full-time position, with an estimated salary of $35,000 - $40,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain commercial building floors, including sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing.
  • Dust furniture and fixtures throughout the building.
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Make beds and change sheets in designated areas.
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to guests.
  • Stock linen closets and perform light housekeeping duties.
  • Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas.
  • Handle and report lost and found items.
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Launder clothing and household linens.
  • Perform various cleaning tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with basic security protocols and procedures.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads.
  • Availability to work overtime as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in maintenance or cleaning.
  • Basic first aid training.
