Job Title: Housekeeping Attendant

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Quality Inn & Conference Centre. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, and distribute clean towels and toiletries.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, provide basic information on facilities, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Laundry: Launder clothing and household linens.

Requirements:

  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Work Setting: Urban area, hotel, motel, resort.
  • Language: English.
  • Hours of Work: 35 to 40 hours per week.
