About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at Quality Concrete Cutting & Coring Ltd. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finishes on our concrete structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement to achieve a smooth and even finish.
  • Operate power vibrators to compact concrete and ensure it is properly set.
  • Level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification to ensure accuracy and precision.
  • Impart desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools, including trowels, floats, and edgers.
  • Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures to ensure structural integrity and safety.
  • Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces and protect them from the elements.
  • Repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures to maintain their integrity and appearance.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements and ensure compliance.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment with a regular 40-hour workweek.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
