Job Title: Transformational Change Manager

Join S.i. Systèmes as a Transformational Change Manager to support an enterprise-wide transformational program for a large banking client.

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Change Manager to lead the People and Deployment Readiness Workstream, integrating the efforts of change management, training, customer experience, marketing, and front-line delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data/technology/agile projects and experience creating change management strategy roadmaps/timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the People and Deployment Readiness Workstream, including integrating the efforts of change management, training, customer experience, marketing, and front-line delivery.
  • Create comprehensive change management strategy roadmaps and timelines.
  • Conduct thorough stakeholder impact assessments.
  • Manage and facilitate training sessions for project stakeholders.
  • Create transition and sustainment plans to support project closure.
  • Apply a structured change management approach and methodology for the changes impacting employees and customers.
  • Develop a change management strategy based on assessment of the change.
  • Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans, including stakeholder assessments, communication plan, leadership alignment plan, readiness and sustainment plan, and change metrics.
  • Execute on the tactical details of each plan.
  • Support the communication, training, and engagement efforts of employee-facing managers and business leaders.
  • Identify potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns.
  • Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual changes.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of Change Management experience working on large-scale business transformation projects.
  • Strong background in data/technology/agile projects.
  • Establish and manage communications processes and conducting stakeholder impact assessments.
  • Experience creating change management strategy roadmaps/timelines.
  • Banking/Finance experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in Change Management methodology.
  • Familiarity with Project Management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Experience creating business process documentation/technical writing.
  • Have a testing background (we occasionally may need help with UAT testing so experience with drafting UAT plans, defect management, and UAT exit reports).
