We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Baby Panda Asian Cuisine. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring that our dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution
Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
Culinary LeadershipSupervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to prepare high-quality dishes.
Inventory ManagementManage our inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs.
Quality ControlInspect our kitchen and food service areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Team ManagementSupervise and motivate our kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
Work EnvironmentFast-paced environment with heavy loads and overtime required
Physical DemandsPhysically demanding with standing for extended periods
Personal QualitiesFlexibility, organized, and a team player
