Key Responsibilities:- Operational Excellence: Maximize sales through strategic planning and execution, focusing on profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Staff Management: Recruit, onboard, train, and develop team members, while providing guidance and support to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Commercial Focus: Analyze sales data and make informed decisions to optimize revenue and minimize costs.
- Cash Office Operations: Manage cash office functions, including reconciliations and audits, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer experiences, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Fashion Department Supervisor. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The estimated salary for this position is approximately $62,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
