Lead Sales Supervisor

The Assistant Manager at Bootlegger is a key leadership role that requires a strong retail background and excellent interpersonal skills. As a leader, you will be responsible for driving business results, coaching and developing a team of sales associates, and creating a welcoming store environment that is inclusive and inviting to all.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to a team of sales associates and leaders to drive business results through exceptional customer service and sales techniques
- Promote the Bootlegger brand by demonstrating knowledge and understanding of our product and business, and embodying our core values of Passion, Teamwork, Trust, Growth, and Entrepreneurship
- Oversee store operations, including shift task organization, receiving and opening shipments, daily housekeeping, and opening and closing duties
- Execute all merchandising, marketing, and visual presentation aspects of the store according to Bootlegger's standards and directives
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in developing others, preferably in a retail supervisory role
- Strong retail and business acumen, with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent sales skills, committed to finding products that make customers feel great
- Ability to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store
- Flexible availability, including daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
